Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of arm muscle power to the results of long serve badminton in PB Aviation Club players Kota Pekanbaru. The type of this research is correlation. The sample in this study was the players of the PB Aviation Club Kota Pekanbaru totaling 13 people. The research instrument used was an overhead medicine ball throw test, as well as a badminton long service test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the level of the value of the relationship or correlation along with the value of its contribution. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a contribution of arm muscle power to the long service results of badminton in PB Aviation Club players Kota Pekanbaru of 40.58% with rcount = 0.637 > rtable = 0.553, the remaining 59.42% is influenced by other factors.
