Abstract
The working process of officers at the Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) is still with simple technology like the immigrant data collection process using Microsoft Excel. Immigrants’ data taking activities are also still carried out manually. For example in the process of finding temporary housing and health facilities which must be asked directly to the officer, making monthly reports by filling out written forms, and administering administration if you want to file back to the country of origin by coming directly to the detention center's office. In addition, the process of reporting from the community, in case if there are social problems caused by immigrants, is also done by coming directly to report to the officer on duty. This system is designed based on mobile using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system makes it easier for officers to process immigrants’ data collection. In addition, the system also facilitates immigrants in the process of finding temporary homes and health facilities because it is equipped with LBS features. Immigrants can also make monthly reports through the system. The submission process back to the country of origin also becomes more effective and efficient because it can be done by the system. This system also makes it easier for the community to report social problems faced by immigrants.
