Abstract
Many technologies have been created by people to make it easier for people to help with a daily activity. As a technology that is widely used today is a sound level measuring device. Because Noise is an unwanted sound or sound that is generally a result of human activities every day. One of the places that is expected to be avoided from noise is the Library because the Library is a place of reading or a place of study that requires quiet and far from noise. With the presence of noise in a reading or learning room can cause a loss of concentration so that activities in the library can be disrupted by the noise that is caused by certain sounds, for example the sound of a handphone ringing or the sound produced by humans. In addition, it can reduce the effectiveness of library users. So the authors intend to design an Arduinouno-based noise detection device. Where this tool uses a mic condenser sensor as a detection of noise and voice recorders and uses a 2x40 watt product bell amplifier module as an amplifier and speaker output to issue sound warning noise in the detected room and alarm notification. This system is arranged in the final project entitled "Noise Detection Prototype With Sound Sensor Notification Based Microntroler Voice Message Alerts"
