Abstract
Siak Regency has a population of 14 districts and 57 villages. The need for the government to balance the welfare of its people is still much below the poverty line and many drop out of school. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Siak Regency has the task of managing data on planning, distribution, utilization of zakat and developing zakat management. However, in its implementation, BAZNAS has not been able to optimize the feasibility of providing social assistance funds to villages that are lagging behind because it is done conventionally. The need for a decision support system for determining assistance. In this research, a decision support system was made using the Weighted Product (WP) method. In the decision support system using this WP recommends " selat guntung, jayapura, sungai selodang, lubuk umbut,sungai kayu ara, teluk masjid, kampung dalam, tasik betung, buantan besar dan jatibaru" used as villages worthy of assistance by BAZNAS in Siak Regency.
