Abstract
ABSTRACT Question and answer application is an application used to present information by means of users who ask questions and applications that will answer questions from users such as chatbot. This application is created using dialogflow as a framework and google assistan as an application. Dialogflow is a developer of Google's human-computer interaction technology based on natural language conversation. The company is famous for creating Assistants, virtual friends for Android, iOS and Windows Phone smartphones that perform tasks and answer user questions in natural languages while Google Assistant is a virtual assistant supported by artificial intelligence and developed by Google which is primarily available on mobile devices and smart home device. Unlike Google Now, Google Assistant can engage in two-way conversations. With the development of this technology, a question and answer application was made about Syafira Hospital which is expected to help the public in obtaining information more easily.
