Abstract

Persuant to result of obeservation to class student of VII SMPN 3 Rocan IV Koto Sub-Province Rocan Hulu researcher see still many Less student of elementery technique about long jump truly. Target of this research is to uplift skill elementery technique of long jump at class student of VII SMPN 3 Rocan IV Koto Sub-Province Rocan Hulu This type research is research of class action which consist of 2 variable. Population in this research is entire/all class student of VII SMPN 3 Rocan IV Koto Sub-Province Rocan Hulu amounting to 25 student. Technique in take of total used sample of sampling with various consideration of researcher there by the amount of sample in this research amount to 25 student. Instrumen of test used is unjuk work long jumpPersuant to research of ...... of elementary technique of long jump by using method play at class student of VII SMPN 3 Rocan IV Koto Sub-Province Rocan Hulu, mean ability of student at test early categorized Good Enough with percentace 50% at cycle ti elementary I technique of long jump of with method use play to have improvement 80%.
