Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect total quality management, system awards and performance measurement systems against Company managerial performance manufacture in Pekanbaru. Collection technique the data used in this research is to use method survey through a questionnaire distributed to respondents which number 53 company manufacture in Pekanbaru, which is registered with the Department of Industry and Pekanbaru City Trade during the end of 2017. Procedure the determination of the sample used in this study is a method purposive sampling that is pengamb ilan sample where all members of the population were studied with a total of 81 observations. With minimal consideration-lack of 1 (one) financial manager, 2 (two) accounting staff. Method Data analysis was performed using the method descriptive and quantitative. Data analysis in this study was conducted using SPSS computer program help. Based on research results note that it is partially variable performance measurement systems and reward systems do not have spirit of managerial performance at the company manufacture in Pekanbaru City. While total quality management affect managerial performance on company manufacture in Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously note that variable total quality ma management, performance measurement systems and systems awards have a significant simultaneous effect on performance managerial at the company manufacture in Pekanbaru City
