Abstract

This study aims to find out how job satisfaction employees at PT. Bumi Riau Cemerlang Pekanbaru. Number of samples on This research is all employees who work at the company of which there were 18 employees, the number of respondents in this study was 18 respondent with a sampling method that is using Sensus method. In this study the employees who were respondents give a positive response, it shows that PT. Bumi Riau Shining Pekanbaru has been considered good in fulfilling and giving satisfaction to its employees in all aspects within the scope job, the company is aware of the importance of job satisfaction of its employees because it will have a big impact on the performance of its employees. The better the level of satisfaction felt by employees, the better it will be their performance and vice versa.
