Abstract

With the car rental company providing rents based on an agreement between the two parties, which is a lease agreement between the renting party and the renter, which contains the rights and obligations of each party. In carrying out a rental agreement often creates a problem, namely there are tenants who default on the contents of the car rental agreement that has been agreed by both parties. This study is entitled a review of the implementation of the four-wheeled motorized vehicle agreement between CV.Central Rent Car and the lessee. This research was conducted by raising the main problem, firstly concerning the implementation of the four-wheeled motorized vehicle agreement between CV.Central Rent Car an the lessee. The second concerning the settlement of defaults in the implementation of the four-wheeled motorized vehicle agreement between CV.Central Rent Car. The purpose of this research, first to know the implementation of the four-wheeled motorized vehicle agreement between CV.Central Rent Car with the subject of the tenant. The second is to find out the settlement of defaults in the four-wheeled motorized vehicle agreement on the CV.Central Rent Car. This research is descrptive ini nature, which provides a clear and detailed description of the implementation of the four-wheeled motorized vehicle agreement between CV.Central Rent Car with the tenant. This study uses two data namely, first the primary data obtained directly from the field relating to the problem under study, the second secondary data obtained from the literature, in the fromof books, jounals and so on.
