Abstract
ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to determine non-performing loans in KPRI Prima Husada. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study know how to handle non-performing loans, there are two factors, namely internal and exsternal factors, where internal factors are dishonest members and guarantees in borrowing only uses certivicates, Sk PNS, while from external factors are members who borrow outside KPRI Prima Husada.
