Abstract
The Puskesmas must be able to maintain the quality of services supported by competence, adequate facilities and infrastructure and supported by the creation of a clean, beautiful, neat and pleasant environment so that it can meet the expectations or needs of patients which in turn can give satisfaction to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and infrastructure on service quality at the Sipayung Public Health Center, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, either simultaneously or partially. The research method was carried out by interview and questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis method. The sampling method using accidental sampling method with a sample size of 81 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is evident that there is a significant influence between competence, infrastructure and service quality at the Puskesmas Sipayung, Rengat sub-district, Indragiri Hulu district with the variable regression coefficient for the competency variable and the variable regression coefficient for infrastructure and facilities with service quality (Y) Simultan eously competence and infrastructure have a significant effect. on service quality by obtaining the number R, it can be concluded that competence and infrastructure have an effect on service quality, there is a moderate or positive relationship. Shows the percentage of independent variables (competence and infrastructure) to the dependent variable (service quality) affects service quality, so it is recommended that officers focus on these two things as a strategy for service quality and it is hoped that the internal audit team will periodically assess both things and be evaluated. periodically.
