Abstract

Poverty is one of the main problems that becomes the main concern of governments in any country. One of the government's efforts to alleviate poverty is the regional health insurance program, namely the provision of cheap and free treatment to Poor Households (RTM) that have fulfilled specified parameters, especially regional health insurance for underprivileged people in 12 Subdistricts in the City Pekanbaru. With the system to be built, it will certainly make it easier for prospective participants to input the data needed by the system to select the eligibility of participants in the local health insurance. The method used in this study is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The criteria for assessment are income , dependents , status control building place live , floor area building , type residential building , electricity installed and fuel / energy top for cooking . The final result of this system is to determine eligibility to become JAMKESDA participants. The feasibility decision support system to become a participant in regional health insurance in the Pekanbaru Social Service using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method has a very good 42% and well 58%.
