Abstract
In Riau Province there is already Pusat Layanan Autis (PLA). The PLA itself is a form of concern for Riau Province in providing proper education rights to those with special needs, that the existence of the Autis Service Center is only for Autistic children from poor families. This research builds an expert therapy system for children with special needs (Autism). The research data was obtained from the Autism Service Center (PLA) of Riau Province. The study uses the Case Based Reasoning method (CBR) to look for similarities in case bases and new cases. The 80 old cases and 103 behaviors used in the study. The results obtained in this study diagnose autistic child therapy. Expert therapy system for children with special needs (Autisme) uses the Case Based Reasoning method (CBR) it has good performance with the largest average percentage value of 60%.
