Abstract

Chalkboards and markers are objects that are often used as writing media to convey material and information that teachers or lecturers want to convey. In the process of learning and teaching, it is also necessary to erase the blackboard when the blackboard is full or to erase at the end of the class or lecture, manually erasing the blackboard can disrupt the learning and teaching process. Therefore we need a system to automatically erase the blackboard to facilitate learning and teaching activities in the classroom. This research builds an automatic whiteboard eraser system using an arduino uno microcontroller, a dc motor as a whiteboard eraser drive and android is used as a remote to erase the whiteboard automatically.
