Abstract

This study aims to produce a participant worksheet learning device Educate (LKPD) with the Discovery Learning Model in the first high school whose validity has been tested. The development of learning tools in this study uses an R&D model with the following steps: 1) Potential and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design revision, 6) Final product. The instrument of data collection in this study was the LKPD validation sheet. The data collection technique used was validation data from 2 lecturers of mathematics education at FKIP UIR and 1 mathematics teacher at MTs Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is a validation data analysis technique. From the results of this study, the results of the LKPD validation were obtained with a value of 81.66% with a fairly valid category. From the results of this study, the results of the learning device using the Discovery Learning Model with the category are quite valid.
