Abstract

Outsourcing is aggrement when first party or contractor bind parties for some corporation for another party.its mean the party who bought it by receiving a predertermined price. In this research, researcher have a main problem that will be discussed about implementation of housing development contracts “ Ngaso Mandiri Residence”between contractor and developer PT. Cahaya Meranti Internasional with contractors in Ujung Batu, kab. Kampar, Rokan Hulu. And discuss abaout problame that occur in the contract. And find out the solution for the main problem and if non performance of contract. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the impelementation heppent of contract, how constraint in contract, and how problem solution if non performance of contract occurs between contractors and developers. The type of research used in this research is the method of observation its means the research is used by survey or visiting directly to rhe location for collected data about research. The result from this research is how implementation of housing development contracts “ Ngaso Mandiri Residence”between contractor and developer PT. Cahaya Meranti Internasional with contractors in Ujung Batu, kab. Kampar, Rokan Hulu because in this problem still have obstacles in implementation, especially on payment.in practice it turns out that agreement did not work well because of the wanprestasi or broken promises.
