Abstract

Village government is the level of government most down and has its own government that is based on the culture of the village or local knowledge,the organization of village administration,will surely be supported by resource executor is also supported by funds that the budget and the help of such allocation of village funds provided by pemerintahan central and regional particulary in the village of Lubuk Terap Districst of Bandar Petalangan that he use of his village funds allocation more on operational and village perangkat fees and financial assistance to the institute of the existing village,so it becomes a phenomenon for the value of how implementation. This type of research digunakan dalam this research is descriptive quantitative with collection tools were questionnaires, interviews and observations after distributing questionnaires and data processing , interview with the head of the village as well as the observation of the results of activities can be concluded that the use of the Village Fund Allocation in Lubuk Terap District of Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan in the caregory quite well, but in practice there are still some barriers such as lack of socialization and inequalities as well as the village administration for more details on the activiteis making use of the founds ADD.
