Abstract

Research on online learning barriers at SMA Negeri 2 Moro is a study that examines the relationship between online learning implementation and online learning barriers and solutions to online learning barriers. The implementation of online learning at SMA Negeri 2 Moro has obstacles or obstacles when the implementation of online learning is carried out. The problem studied in this study is how the obstacles or obstacles to the implementation of online learning at SMA Negeri 2 Moro are. The purpose of this study was to find out the obstacles for teachers in implementing online learning at SMAN 2 Moro and provide solutions to obstacles or obstacles for teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Moro in the implementation of online learning. The main theory used in this study is the theory of Andrianto Pangondian et al (2019:58). According to Andrianto Pangondian et al (2019:58) To make online learning successful, the key is effectiveness, based on previous studies showing that there are 3 things that can have an effect on online learning, namely technology, teacher characteristics and student characteristics. Sources of data researchers get from the results of interviews with several informants. This research approach is a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The method used is the phenomenological method. The data collection technique is an interview technique, while the data analysis technique in this study is the Van Kaam model. The results of the study in this study contained four aspects that became obstacles to online implementation, namely aspects of the use of hardware (technology), software (applications), teacher characteristics (teacher mastery) and student characteristics (student mastery) when the implementation of online learning was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Moro.
