Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the ASN Work Discipline in the District Office of the Tiris Sub-district of Kampar District (Study Article 3 of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010), the population of this study is 18 persons from the staff of the Air Tiris Sub-District Office of Kampar Regency, the authors specify not the entire population in the sample made in relation to the number of population so the authors only take 18 people sampled by using the method of saturated samples. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that ASN Work Discipline in the District Office of Tiris Sub-district of Kampar Regency (Study of Article 3 Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010), it is seen that the percentage of 46% of the overall assessment indicator that the authors point out in the category of measurement is quite disciplined. It means that ASN Work Discipline in the District Office of Water Tiris of Kampar District (Study of Article 3 of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010) has not shown maximum results.
