Abstract
The presence of Gojek also causes several problems that can harm one party, one of which is the unilateral cancellation of orders made by consumers on food delivery services provided by PT. The Karya Anak Bangsa (GOJEK) application, namely Go-food. Based on this background, the main problem in this study is how the responsibility of PT. The Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) application for the Pekanbaru operational office for online drivers for the cancellation of Go-food orders by consumers in the cash on delivery payment method and how to resolve the case of the cancellation of Go-food orders by consumers in the cash on delivery payment method. The research method used is the empirical method. And the nature of this research is descriptive analysis, while the tool to collect data in this research is through interviews and documentation relating to the responsibilities of PT. The Karya Anak Bangsa (GOJEK) application for the Pekanbaru operational office to online drivers for the cancellation of Go-food orders by consumers in the cash on delivery payment method. The results of this study indicate that unilateral cancellations made by consumers cause losses for online divers, these losses are not only in the form of material but also a decrease in the performance of online drivers. The cancellation experienced by the online driver is based on the cancellation feature in the Gojek application. Loss of online driver material can be replaced if the online driver reports to the head office, the provisions regarding this unilateral cancellation are not regulated in detail in the partnership agreement between PT. The Karya Anak Bangsa (GOJEK) application with online drivers.
