Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the organizational environment at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Honda in Kandis District. The organizational environment is divided into two, namely the internal organizational environment and the external organizational environment, the external organizational environment is divided into two, namely the external environment of direct action and the external environment of indirect action, in this study the external environment is more directed towards the external environment of direct action. The type of research used is a descriptive survey research type with quantitative research methods because this study collects data and analyzes data by observing at the research site, with a total of 30 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is using the Incidental Sampling sampling technique, which is atechnique based on necessity, that is, anyone who coincidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample, if the person who is considered to be the person concerned is suitable as a source of data. Data collection techniques in this study are interview techniques, questionnaire techniques, observation, documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the internal organizational environment at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Honda in Kandis District is categorized as good with a total score of 477 from the overall recapitulation of respondents' responses or respondents' answers, while the external organizational environment at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Honda in Kandis District is categorized as good with a total score of 377 from the overall recapitulation of respondents' responses or respondents' answers. Based on the results of interviews about the internal organizational environment and external organizational environment at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Honda in Kandis District is categorized as good because the system used is structured.
