Abstract
Consumers get protection and technological developments and facts, a transaction that is often used is a payment, has experienced rapid development and has many discoveries in the safest online transaction payment. The main problem in this study is how to implement consumer protection in online buying and selling transactions according to Law Number 8 of 1999 (Kayla Nutique case study), and what are the inhibiting factors in implementing consumer protection in online buying and selling transactions according to Law number 8 of 1999 (study of kayla nutuque boutique case This study uses an open empirical method, namely Observational Research, which was conducted by means of a survey, whereas when viewed from the type, this research is descriptive in nature, that is, it provides an overview of the existence of legal protection for business actors. and consumers in online transactions From the results of the author's research at the boutique, it is known that the implementation of consumer protection in online shopping transactions according to Law No. 8 of 1999 (Kayla Natuque boutique case study), through the Owner and Consumer stages (ordinary, and elite), the stages of the Offer, Order, Acceptance owner, and payment, According to Ordinary Consumers, the problem at Kayla's boutique is the lack of honesty about the condition of the product and also about the price of the product.
