Abstract

This research has a phenomenon, namely Batang Batindih Village, there are still Family Hope Program participants who are not from poor families from families who are quite capable, and there is still a lack of awareness of beneficiary families whose economic level has increased which has led to an increase in beneficiaries of the Hopeful Family Program. Knowing the Implementation of the Family Hope Assistance Program in Batang Batindih Village, Rumbio Jaya District, Kampar Regency. This study uses evaluation theory which is used to analyze the policy, value or benefit of the results which can be said that the policy or program achieves a good level of performance. The method used is a qualitative research method, namely research that intends to understand the phenomena experienced by the subject such as perception, behavior, motivation and description in the form of words and language. In this study using the theory of William N. Dunn. The results of this study can be concluded that the Evaluation of the Implementation of Family Program Assistance Hope in Batang Dalamdih Village has gone well and has had a good impact on the people who receive the Family Hope Program benefit assistance by helping to improve the economy of the beneficiary community, improving Human Resources in the field of education, assisting in the health sector to improve nutrition for pregnant women and children under five. can be seen from the evaluation indicators that have been carried out by researchers. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Batang Batindih Village are the lack of understanding of the beneficiaries of the Family Hope program and the existence of community assistance that does not fulfill their obligations as beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program.
