Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent of the Implementatin of Village Owned Enterprises Program (BUMDes) in Improving the Economy of Village Communities in Gading Permai Village Kampar Kiri Hilir Distict Kampar based on the ragulation of the minister of Village No. 4 of 2015 on Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). In this study using the theory of William N Dunn, whics consists of several indicators that can be seen such as effectiveness, efficiency,adecuacy, alignment, resvonsivess and accuracy in line with thw objectives of the Implementations of Village Owned Enterprises Program (BUMDes) . meanwhile, peru, the problem in this study is: how the Implementations of Village Owned Enterprises Program (BUMDes) in Gading Permai village kampar kiri hilir subdistrict kampar. The type of research used is qualitative, with informants of BUMDes customer. The primary data types used are obsevations, intervews, and documentatitoms. While the secondary data collected from relavan information that can support the object of this research, based on the results of the analisys cincluded that the implementation of village owned enterprises program (BUMDes) in improving the economy of Village Communtits in Gading Permai Village Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir Kampar district has been fairly well run. It is expected to the director and members of Village Owned Emterprises (BUMDes) in the future of be better in carrying out the implenetatin of the program so that the village can feel the benefits.
