Abstract

ased on data obtained from Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, there has been anxiety that has been experienced by the community caused by gambling players within one year. The function of the sub-district function in article 224 paragraph (1) No 23 of 2014 is to organize public government affairs and coordinate efforts to organize peace and public order, but in this case the function of the Pangkalan Lesung District program is still experiencing problems that can be seen from the increasing level of anxiety experienced by the community in Pangkalan Lesung District. The purpose of this study was to find out the Task of the Head of Pangkalan Lesung District and to find out the obstacles faced by the Pangkalan Lesung Sub-District Chief. The type of this research is the type of quantitative descriptive research, the location of the research will be conducted at the office of the Pangkalan Lesung District and the Pangkalan Lesung Police Chief Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Pangkalan Lesung sub-district office. The number of employees in the Camata Pangkalan Lesung office as many as 44 researchers also involved 50 Community Leaders in the District of Pangkalan Lesung, Pelalawan Regency. The data of this study were taken by distributing questionnaires and then collected and analyzed according to the problem. Based on the results of the study, the majority of the question indicators regarding the Analysis of the Camat's Task Implementation in Coordinating the Implementation of Public Peace and Order in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan District, are still categorized as "good enough". a team, carrying a guidebook and holding an informal meeting.
