Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the Coordination of Community Empowerment Based on Pillars (PMB-RW) by the Camat in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City and the obstacles to the results of Community Empowerment Based on Rukun Warga (PMB-RW) activities. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive techniques. The results of the research show that the Community Empowerment Program Based on the Rukun Warga (PMB-RW) has been carried out in accordance with the provisions but is limited. Of the six indicators studied, there are indicators of information, synchronization, encouraging recipients to exchange ideas, participation, human relations, and communication. Of the six indicators studied there are indicators of synchronization, encouraging recipients to exchange ideas, participation, human relations, and communication, while information indicators are inadequate due to the lack of information provided in the PMB-RW program in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City so that people do not know about the PMB-RW program. this RW. Then the obstacles faced are to increase socialization to the community related to the PMB-RW program by maximizing socialization to the community and conducting routine monitoring in the field.
