Abstract
The effectiveness of developing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is an effort to achieve maximum profit for the organization by all means, has several factors that are considered the most important in determination of effectiveness. Many business actors experienced a decrease in income during the covid-19 pandemic, some of them had to stop or close due to a lack of buyer interest for their needs during this pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the development carried out by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Indragiri Hulu Regency in handling the conditions of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In the effectiveness of developing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the problem of this research is the inefficient implementation of guidance for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of research in writing this thesis is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach, data management techniques using numbers that are classified, compared, and calculated using relevant formulas that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people. The research interest in this paper consists of primary data, namely research in the form of interviews, documentation and observation and secondary data obtained by interviewing the results of research on the Effectiveness of Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indragiri Hulu Regency with the conclusion of the effectiveness of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development. and Medium by the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in stabilizing the economy of business actors during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indragiri Hulu Regency.
