Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Sekodi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency and what factors are hindering its implementation. The research method uses descriptive type with a quantitative approach with questionnaires, interviews and observations as data collection tools. This research was conducted in Sekodi Village, Bengkalis District. After a discussion of the processed data, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Sekodi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency which is assessed from the resources, communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure can be seen in direct communication. by PKH facilitators, the condition of implementing resources is only 1 person from the government, namely the assistant, then there is assistance from the KPM, and the Head of the RT and RW environment as an implementing member appointed by the sub-district. There are still obstacles in the attitude and response of the implementers because the change and change of KPM is not yet clear to people who are more in need, and the bureaucratic structure in the form of SOP stages and regulations is very clear in the general guidelines for prosperous rice assistance. So it can be concluded that all indicators, namely resources, communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No.1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Sekodi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in the fairly good category.
