Abstract
In constitutional number 25 of 2009 about concercing public service regulates every agency providing services to community to create a legal certainly in relations between communities and public services. The implementation of services at the health center is still unsafe becase the services is often carried out later then the a time, and lot of people complain about the doctors who are always getting rarely at the Puskesmas to examine patients that they are only served by nurse and if the nurse can’t get the some consultations are carried out with the doctor concerned by phone. The officers lack of hospitality in providing services and incomplete facilities and infrastructure also had some triggered public dissatisfaction with service provided. This research it’s about a qualitative descriptive study by directly reviewing the field to get a real face of the object of research and using some data collection in the form og interviews and questionnairs. The results of this study indicate that the Kabun district health center already has a predetermined services standard but in practice it often doesn’t make service hpurs on time due to the obstructed picket schedule and some lack of human resourced owned bye the kabun district health center, but the Puskesmas had tried its best provide services to the community..
