Abstract

This study aims to find out and reveal the results of land certificate processing services at the Land Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020 and to find out the obstacles to land certificate processing services at the Land Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020. The indicators used are the program objectives to be carried out, Analysis on the problem, description and standardization of activities, and measurement of the level of change that occurs. This type of quantitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. Data comes from questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used in this research is using the purposive technique and the Slovin formula. The data of this study were sourced from primary data obtained through questionnaires and research interviews. Then secondary data in the form of literature books and the internet according to the required data. In the analysis of the data presented in the form of a description, which will be analyzed using a descriptive method or elaboration. Based on research conducted on the Evaluation of Land Certificate Management Services at the Land Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020, the category is quite good, this can be seen from the percentage of respondents who answered quite well as many as 35 respondents with a percentage of 44.55%. External which consists of land disputes that often occur among the community so that it will interfere with the management of land certificates, lack of public knowledge about the management of land certificates, and the presence of middlemen.
