Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovation of the village government in managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) of Elok Basamo in Penyasawan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The indicators of this research are products, processes, methods, policies, systems. The type of research located in Kamparini Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes interviews as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location being studied. The informants in this study were the Head of Pengasawan Village, Director of BUMDes, Treasurer of BUMDes, Head of BPD, Community related to BUMDes business. As for the census technique for employee informants and purposive sampling technique for community informants, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using interviews and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is Creswell theory. Based on the research process used with techniques and data collection as above, the authors found the conclusion in this study, namely the results showed that the management of BUMDES where labor absorption was minimal, the contribution of Bumdes activities was still small in the village and other objectives had not been achieved, the efficiency of funds was still not maximum, seen from the loss. fish pond activities, the accuracy of the activities is achieved. Lack of community responsiveness in the activities of BUMDES Elok Basamo, while the indicators of adequacy and equity are also not optimal, even though the three activities of BUMDES Elok Basamo are carried out and have large capital. Based on the results of the evaluation research on the three activities of Bumdes Elok Basamo, they have been running, but are still far from optimal, because there are several causes, including the management of BUMDes, management awareness and lack of community participation, job creation.
