Abstract

Communication Ethics of the Civil Service Police Unit in Controlling Homeless and Beggars (Gepeng) Bathin Solapan Duri District, Bengkalis Regency Muhammad Jhefry Npm: 179110009 This research is motivated by the many public perceptions of the Civil Service Police Unit through Gepeng which in the public's view the control carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit is carried out using violence and is not following the moral order. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication ethics used by the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the sprawl in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method based on qualitative data. The subjects were two homeless people and beggars, one commander of the Civil Service Police Unit (Muhammad Nazrin) from Bathin Solapan District, two people from the surrounding community. The results of this study are that the communication ethics of Civil Service Police Unit Officers in controlling homeless and beggars in Bathin Solapan Duri District, Bengkalis Regency is following applicable rules and SOPs, bad complaints from Gepeng regarding high notes or bad language to them (Gepeng ) you could say because the gepeng itself cannot be commemorated and its activities are repeated over and over again. about a high tone because in essence humans also have a limit to their patience, including the Civil Service Police Unit and also based on the firmness of the Civil Service Police Unit.
