Abstract
The beverage business that is still loved by the community is Xi Boba Pekanbaru. Xi Boba Pekanbaru beverage products are always evolving in creating new concepts for Bubble Tea products in fast-paced urban communities. This beverage cafe business focuses on developing tea and coffee processed beverage products with various flavors and enriched with bubble toppings. The marketing communication that has been carried out by Xi Boba Pekanbaru Pekanbaru has attracted researchers to examine more deeply about the marketing communication steps that have been carried out by Xi Boba Pekanbaru from the beginning of the establishment of the business entity until now they have been able to successfully use their strategy to attract more consumers who come. The purpose of this research is to analyze Xi Boba Pekanbaru's Marketing Communication strategy. The research method used is a qualitative method. From the results of the study, it is known that Xi Boba Pekanbaru has carried out a marketing communication strategy in building and developing his cafe business. Regarding the marketing communication strategy carried out by Xi Boba Pekanbaru, Xi Boba Pekanbaru uses marketing communications such as advertising strategies, sales promotions and direct marketing.
