Abstract
The payroll system that applies in Indonesia is the payroll system government employees. One of the business entities engaged in the service sector Aviation refers to the civil service payroll system. PT.(Persero) Angkasa Pura II has a large salary component in the system his salary. Payroll is one of the company's activities that must be well looked after. This is due to the amount of salary that should be received by an employee is not in accordance with the amount that should be received. This is due to frequent errors in calculations incentives per merit.
