Abstract

Substance regarding the Analysis of the Leadership Function of the Head of Teluk Rhu Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership function of the Head of Teluk Rhu Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Leadership Function of the Head of Teluk Rhu Village, Rupat Utara District Bengkalis Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Leadership Functions (adair babong) that is with indicators of leaders as determining direction, leaders as deputy spokespersons, leaders as communicators, leaders as mediators, and leaders as integrators. This research method is a descriptive survey using quantitative methods. The population in this study was 585 people. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique for employees and also the village of the village of Rhu Bay, the sample in this study the authors set as many as 68 people. The results showed that the Analysis of Leadership Function of the Head of Teluk Rhu Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency was categorized as not going well and maximally. This is still encountered by inhibiting factors, namely facilities and infrastructure that are poorly maintained or cared for, relationships that are not well established, lack of good communication with various parties, and lack of the role of village heads in resolving conflicts.
