Abstract

Development Analysis on Holat Business with Mandailing Characteristics in Tanjung Baru Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency Abstract By Yustita This study aims to identify and analyze the development of traditional Holat food business in Tanjung Baru Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, while the informants of the study were 2 holat business owners and holat business employees as informants. After collecting data, it can be concluded that the condition of the aspects of capital, production, marketing and human resources owned by the Mandailing Characteristics Holat Business can be used to carry out development if it can maximize the use of capital, update production equipment, add marketing locations in other areas or collaborating with other people who want to open branches in other areas and add employees to work on the processing, production, marketing and promotion processes, then in its development activities the Holat business must be able to utilize technology from the social media side for its promotion so that many people want to try holat from outside the region can be an advantage for the development of the Holat Desa Tanjung Baru business. As for the things that must be done by Holat Desa Tanjung Baru business in developing its business, among others, maximizing the capital owned, increasing the number of production equipment and employees as well as providing services. akukan promotion through electronic and social media then adding branches in other villages or other sub-districts.
