Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of Inpatient Service Quality at Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province, the indicators of this research are Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance. This type of research which is located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey. The population used in this study were inpatients at the Petala Bumi Hospital in Riau Province and employees at the Petala Bumi Hospital in Riau Province. The sampling technique used in determining the individual sample is a census technique for each representative to information and a purposive sampling technique for a population group of hospital employees, the types and techniques of data collection used in this study consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data using observation and documentation techniques. Based on the analysis technique of Inpatient Service Quality at Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province, the overall results show that respondents' opinions about the Quality of Inpatient Services at Petala Bumi Hospital in Riau Province are in the "Good Enough" category. Recommendations that need to be considered are where the services provided by the Petala Bumi Hospital in Riau Province to the community can be further improved, this can be done with complete medical equipment, good communication and responsiveness of an employee to patients without distinguishing general patients or BPJS, with Thus, it will attract the attention of patients or the public to be able to feel the good quality of service at the Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province.
