Abstract

In a large organization such as large companies must have many employees or employees in which there are differences in characteristics and traits that must be united in one vision and mission, namely for the success of the company and this is called personality. Personality itself is not only for employees, the company also has a personality that becomes a custom or core value of the company called organizational culture. The organizational culture is defined as the values, customs, and rules that serve as guidelines adopted by all employees of the company to differentiate the company from other companies. For this reason, culture must be paid more attention because it affects employee work productivity because employees can work more productively if the culture created is going well. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Nusantara V Plantation Sei Garo Gardens, Kampar Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a Descriptive type with a sample of 80 people where the sample is drawn using the Simple Random Sampling method and is measured by the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between organizational culture on employee work productivity so that it can be concluded that organizational culture has an effect on employee productivity.
