Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at PT. Alam Riau Bertuah. This type of research which is located at PT. Alam Riau Bertuah which is located on Jalan Simpang Kambing, Teratak Buluh Village is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected by this tool is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location in thorough. The population used in this study are cros cut operators, cut blocks, cut / board boards, leaf assembly, pallet assembly, open pallet and loading and unloading. The sampling techniques used in this study are the census technique and random sample. Collecting data used in this study consisted of primary data collected using a questionnaire and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use frequency table tools. The results showed that work motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on work productivity (Y) employees of PT. Alam Riau Bertuah. Based on simple linear regression analysis, it is obtained that the R Square value is 99%, meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT employees. Alam Riau Bertuah, while the remaining 1% describes other independent variables that are not observed in this study.
