Abstract

Lingga district is one of the districts in the Riau archipelago province which in 2015 has started implementing PATEN, one of which is in Singkep Pesisir District. Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 4 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Integrated District Administration Services (PATEN) is a guideline for sub-districts to implement PATEN. the implementation of PATEN in Singkep Pesisir District to create a community service center and become a service node for integrated service offices / agencies in Lingga Regency which aims to improve quality and bring services closer to the community. good PATEN administration is one of the duties and responsibilities of the Camat in leading, coordinating and controlling the implementation of PATEN based on Permendagri No. 10 of 2010 concerning PATENT. This study uses qualitative research methods as an instrument to investigate, find, describe, and explain phenomena related to PATEN in Singkep Pesisir District. based on the results of research conducted using the grand theory according to Sadu Wasistiono in seeing the extent of the implementation of PATEN. It was found that PATEN in Singkep Pesisir District was still not successful in implementing PATEN in accordance with Service Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for Services based on Regent Regulation No. 28 of 2013, and Regent Regulation No. 27 of 2013.
