Abstract

The implementation of PATEN in Mandau District, which is one of the innovations in public services. Innovation as a manifestation of bureaucratic skills by relying on the creativity of the bureaucratic ranks to create a new work model that aims to facilitate the implementation of tasks and community services. Further innovation is in the form of creating new work models or the use of technological advancements to add to the personal insights of employees. As described in the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2015 states that the category of public service innovation has criteria to encourage governance based on collaborative approaches in the information age. Related to the implementation of this regulation, local governments have used information and communication technology in public services. The implementation of Integrated District Administration Services (PATEN) in Mandau Subdistrict, Integrated District Information System has been established abbreviated with SIMANTAP and other applications to support the acceleration of licensing and online monitoring. The main objective of this research is to Analyze and explain the Implementation of Integrated District Information System (SIMANTAP) in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive survey with qualitative methods. There are 11 informants in this study with the Camat as the key informant. Data collection techniques with interviews and descriptive data analysis using typology techniques. This study concludes that the Analysis of the Application of the Integrated District Informant System in the Mandau Subdistrict of Bengkalis Regency needs to be improved and improved again especially on the Communication and Resources indicators.
