Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the marketing mix of services and consumer decisions to choose micro business loans at PT. BTPN, Tbk Branch of Pangkalan Kerinci as well as analyzing and explaining the effect of the service marketing mix on the consumer's decision to choose micro-business credit at PT. BTPN, Tbk Pangkalan Kerinci Branch. The population in this study are micro-business credit customers at PT. BTPN, Tbk Pangkalan Kerinci Branch. The sampling technique used is Non-probability Sampling. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Analysis of the data used is descriptive method. Effect of service marketing mix on consumer decisions to choose micro business loans at PT. BTPN, Tbk Pangkalan Kerinci Branch used statistical analysis. The results showed that the relationship between the service marketing mix (independent variable) with consumer decisions (dependent variable) had a strong relationship level. The service marketing mix contributes a considerable influence on consumers' decisions in choosing micro business loans at PT. BTPN, Tbk Pangkalan Kerinci Branch.
