Abstract

Analysis Of Remedial Implementation In Accounting Subjects At SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru ABSTRACT Remedial is a learning system that aims to find deficiencies experienced by students who are treating, healing, correcting or becoming better teaching systems in order to achieve learning goals optimally and optimally. The purpose of this research is to find out the remedial implementation process in accounting subjects at SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru, to determine the ability of teachers to diagnose the learning difficulties of class X accounting students in accounting subjects at SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru, to determine the evaluation and followup of remedial class X implementation Accounting in accounting subjects at SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru. This research was used by the Qualitative Naturalistic method. The subjects in this study were the Principal, Accounting Teacher and Students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on data collected by researchers regarding the analysis of remedial implementation in accounting subjects at the Taruna Satria Vocational School Pekanbaru. Remedial implementation at the school is held at regular hours. Remedial implementation should be carried out outside regular hours. Remedial implementation by the teacher is still general. The teacher has not paid attention to individual student differences. In addition, the conditions and availability of remedial implementation time do not yet support teachers to implement them.
