A well that has been produced will experience a change in the flow rate at the surface in connection with the passage of time for the production, this is due to a decrease in pressure from the well. The pressure from the well has an important role to push the fluid from the well to the gathering station. Many ways have been done to calculate the rise and fall of the pressure and flow rate from the well, among others, by calculating using the loop test line method. The initial stage is to flow the fluid into the pipe from the production well with the appropriate pressure and temperature according to field conditions towards the measuring device. In the oil tank, after that the separated oil will be allowed to stand until the oil flow is stable, with stable oil conditions, a test rate of the oil can be carried out in order to maintain the value of the flow rate from the wellhead to the gathering station and determine the greatest potential of the existing wells. in the field which will be useful for decision making in future development. The process of calculating the value of this flow rate is carried out in the "X" field of PT. BOB BUMI SIAK PUSAKO. From the calculation results, the PI value is then entered into the q formula and gets the q value of well 21 of 578.88 bopd and q of well 29 of 469.44 bopd, while the results of data from weekly report value of q for well 21 is 910 bopd and well 29 is as large as 185 bopd. The results of the calculation of the timed q value are directly proportional to the length of the test time, q for well 21: Q_1hour=24,12, Q_4hour=96,48, Q_12hour=289,44, Q_16hour=385,98, Q_24hour=578,88, dan untuk sumur 29: Q_1hour=19,56, Q_4hour=78,24, Q_12hour=312,90, Q_16hour=, Q_24hour=469,44
