Abstract

The research was conducted in Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokanhilir Regency, Riau Province, which is located at the coordinates between the coordinates 2 ° 52'30,5364 "N-100 ° 33'39,2868" E and 2 ° 53'2,9508 "N - 100 ° 34'16,0896" East Longitude. The research objective is to assess the feasibility of geotourism potential and its development efforts. The research methods used include mapping tourism destinations, lithology sampling, geotourism feasibility analysis to SWOT analysis in the study area. Geomorphology of the research area is the Lowland Sloping Geomorphology Unit. The rock lithology at the research station has lithology of Non-Carbonate Sandstone Units, Carbonate Sandstone, Carbonate Clay Unit and Non-Carbonate Clay. There is also a diversity of geological structures such as fold structures and burly structures that have Southeast-Northwest trending stress. There are 5 tourist objects that have geotourism in the study area, namely Jemur Island, Labuhan Bilik Island, Kalironggo Island, Pasir Island and Tukong Mas Island. There are 2 objects that have the potential to become tourism in the research area, namely Sarong Island, Pandan Island and Crush Zone
