Abstract

Salary is a remuneration and employee performance for the instance. A structured payroll system is an important factor for any agency. This field work practice at Bappeda Riau Province aims to find out an overview of the agency, the process of conducting employee payroll accounting and providing suggestions and conclusions. The PKL method used to collect the required data and information is direct observation and interviews. The results obtained at Bappeda Provisi Riau have a payroll accounting system that is in accordance with the accounting system theory.
