Abstract

Learning the structure and function of plants that carried out at Yabri Terpadu Junior High School Pekanbaru was motivated by learning that was guided only by teachers and textbooks which greatly influenced students motivation and learning outcomes. One solution that can increase student interest is to create learning applications using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. AR is a technology that combines the real world with the virtual world, with a markerless method to display 3D characters. For making 3D using Blender software, while for user interface display using Unity and ARCore library. Based on the 3D object testing that has been done, this application can run optimally in displaying 3D objects if the tracking area object is approximately 50 cm away and has a color pattern/motive on the tracking area object and has a light intensity above 0 lux. Based on user testing, the percentage results are 90% so that the application can be implemented.
