Abstract

The development of print media in Indonesia from time to time continues to experience rapid development. This is indicated by the number of printing service companies that have been established. In general, a printing service company is a printing business that produces various kinds of print media including banners, leaflets, pamphlets and many others. The problems that can be taken so far are that the printing system still relies on direct interaction with consumers, the limited means of information on printing services which causes consumers or potential consumers to have difficulty knowing the details of the services and products offered. The purpose of this study is to build a web and mobile-based information system that can facilitate and produce a development in this case the product desired by consumers and can provide convenience to consumers both in terms of finding detailed product information and ordering transactions for the desired product.
