Abstract
This report is entitled "Analysis of Production Costs of PKS Fresh Fruit Bunches Processing at PT. Subur Arum Makmur-1, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency in December 2019 ”which is located in Danau Lancang Sinamanenek Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This report aims to find out how the planning of palm oil production costs at PT. Subur Arum Makmur-1. In this paper, the method used by researchers is descriptive method which describes all the events and objects under study based on theories that are closely related to the research results. Then the researcher will describe the general history of the company, organizational structure, vision and mission and a chart of processing fresh fruit bunches.
