Abstract

Based on the background of the problem, the authors found differences between theory and reality, namely the use of check documents for all cash disbursements, the absence of petty cash fund formation, and differences in the theoretical basis used and the methods of presenting and managing data. With the application of a good accounting system for institutional or organizational cash disbursements, the rate of cash outflows can be handled properly so that it can be concluded that the better the cash disbursement accounting system is implemented, the more trustworthy the amount of cash in financial statements, especially those that are relating to the cash position of the institution
